WHAT IS REALISE?
REALISE is a work readiness bootcamp that allows you to not only invest in skills training for your workforce but to contribute to the employability of candidates looking to enter the labour market. As employers face the reality of retrenchments due to the impact of COVID-19 on their businesses, many are concerned for the welfare and employability of soon-to-be unemployed staff. REALISE provides an excellent solution to ensure the empowerment and employability of candidates.
REALISE is a work readiness bootcamp designed to offer job seekers a unique learning experience. This accredited programme offers an exciting range of modules in a way that inspires participation and equips candidates with key employability skills needed to compete confidently in a dynamic and constantly evolving job market.
