By sponsoring a person with a disability, corporates drive real, meaningful transformation.
Sponsors of disability learnerships can claim contributions to skills development spend, earning B-BBEE scorecard disability points. This includes:
Course fees and living stipends
Headcount contributions (Category D) via mandatory SETA contributions
Other discretionary funding

After being unemployed for 18 months, I embraced the idea of doing my learnership—and I am so glad I did.
