Is the REALISE Programme available during COVID-19?
Yes, we are pleased to announce that we have tailored our REALISE Programme to train learners via hybrid online learning systems and virtual live sessions with an instructor and/or coach.
Is the REALISE Programme only for disabled people?
While REALISE Programme was originally designed for learners with a disability as part of the Skills Development BEE Scorecard, it can be tailored to accommodate anyone who is looking to enhance their employability. Past clients have sponsored new employees and graduates on this programme!
Where are learners trained?
Transcend are the host for any class-based content. Since the start of the pandemic, the programme has been fully conducted online via an eLearning platform, virtual master classes & coaching sessions.
How long is the REALISE Programme?
The course runs for a 3-month period.
