• Reflecting on my journey since completing the REALISE Programme in 2022 is truly rewarding. Shortly after the programme, I secured a learnership where I gained valuable administrative experience. Based on my performance, I was absorbed into the organisation as a full-time administrator and, in the same year, promoted to Accounts Manager—a position I proudly hold today.

  I am deeply grateful to the REALISE Programme for equipping me with the skills that made this journey possible, from CV writing and interview preparation to workplace professionalism. Beyond career readiness, the programme also enriched my personal growth through financial literacy and emotional intelligence training.
