The YES programme was gazetted in August 2018 and later given feet through the clarification notice that was issued by the DTI in Nov 2018. Since then, companies have been implementing the programme. Transcend has contributed a sizeable number of candidates to the pool through our newly established YES unit run by Trevor Tshabangu and a YES candidate as the registrar. Transcend can confidently confirm that we are internally registering our clients and candidates on the program with ease.
The session will highlight the following:
- Clarifications on grey issues;
- How to register companies and candidates;
- The process of administration;
- Bottle-necks in registration; and
- Success stories.
This will equip you in understanding the YES program and it’s how to implement.
