Course Outline
As a Human Resource practitioner, you are faced with constant challenges, including integrating B-BBEE into your business.
You may also be required to:
• Know where to place the correct talent in the correct position to maximise compliance with the Codes of Good Practice
• Manage the communication of BBBEE within the business
• Get BBBEE buy-in and support from directors and line managers
• Give suggestions on how to maximize your Human Capital scorecard
• Integrate BEE into the business culture of your organisation
• Submit Employment Equity reports and Workplace Skills Plans

As the Human Resource practitioner of your organisation, you require a sound understanding of the BEE opportunities to maximize the Scorecard. To help you achieve this, Transcend now offers a full-day workshop on BEE and what this means for HR Managers and practitioners.

• Understanding the differences between a Workplace Skills Plan and the data needed on the BEE scorecard
• Understanding the differences between an Employment Equity plan and the data needed on the BEE scorecard
• Understanding the role and impact of people with disabilities on the BBBEE scorecard
• Understanding what qualifies as in-service training on the BBBEE scorecard
• Combining the functions of an EE and a Diversity Committee
• Best practice in diversity and talent management
