Excecutive Management

	Mr John Noble (Executive Consultant, Transcend Empowerment Solutions – Western Cape Office) John is the CEO and founder of Vive Consulting - a human resource management consultancy, based in Cape Town. Vive is Transcend's BEE consulting and implementation partner in the Western Cape province. John has qualifications in mining production and human resource management, and has a diploma in education, training and organizational development.
	Mr Brian Hendrikz (Events Executive, Transcend Events and Training) Brian has been active in various sales and marketing roles for more than 15 years. Some of these roles include Customer Relationship and Customer Experience. During this time he has consulted with various companies on their sales and marketing strategies and successfully ran a marketing consulting company for several years before joining Transcend. Brian takes responsibility for the events and public training product of Transcend which trades under the Transcend Events and Training brand.
	Mr Thinus Kruger (Training Executive, Transcend Events and Training) Thinus has extensive training experience in South Africa, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Ethiopia and Pakistan. His Thinus previously worked for market leader in the Healthcare and Life Assurance sector, Discovery, where he held the portfolios of Training Quality Assurance, Skills Development Facilitator and Training Manager. Thinus has also worked with three of the major financial institutions in South Africa – First National Bank, Standard Bank and Nedcor. Thinus takes responsibility for customer specific training product of Transcend which trades under the Transcend Events and Training brand.
	Mr Collin Smith (Independent Consultant, BEE Strategy) Collin is Managing Director and founder of Betterbiz Consulting, a Transcend BEE consulting partner focused on delivery into to the SMME market. Collin joined Ownership Solutions in 2006 and spent two and a half years as a full-time principal consultant for the company before recently starting Betterbiz Consulting. Collin continues to provide independent consulting capacity to Transcend for large corporate clients while simultaneously managing Betterbiz Consulting which markets a specific SMME BEE solution as part of the Transcend Consulting Network. He holds a BBA degree in marketing from the Institute of Marketing Management as well as an MBA (with distinction) in Strategic General Management from Milpark Business School.
	Mrs Luanne Grant (Independent Consultant, Multinational Clients) Luanne is a familiar face to most US multinationals in South Africa – she served as the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in South Africa for 17 years, before retiring in 2008. Luanne joined Transcend following retirement and manages service and product delivery to our multinational client portfolio.
	Mr Lear Pather (Senior Consultant, Monitoring and Evaluation Tools) Lear is a senior consultant at Transcend and is responsible for developing and supporting our monitoring and evaluation tools, including the Integrator product. Lear worked as a verification analyst at Mohlaleng OnTrack where he was also responsible for maintaining and developing the BEE verification software. Lear is responsible for developing customized monitoring and evaluation tools for Transcend clients. Lear holds a national diploma in Information Technology (software development) from the University of Johannesburg.
