The Trust supports business start-ups from the empowerment shareholders and other women groups located within poverty nodes. Nozala Investment’s philosophy is to support equity investments through operational involvement and value-adding activities. Nozala seeks to promote economic advancement for women through constructive business partnerships with leading business entities, labour unions and leaders in commerce and industry, to foster women entrepreneurship and to benefit women from disadvantaged communities through the wealth and prosperity of South Africa’s private and public sector. Nozala is in excess of 85% black women owned and has an extensive broad-based beneficiary base including rural women, the aged, workers and entrepreneurial initiatives.
